within the scope of formally assigned investigations, in compliance with the Workers\u2019 Statute and current regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evidence collected is documented, certified and admissible in court, providing <strong>support for disciplinary measures or termination for just cause.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
