organisational damage<\/strong> to a company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kriteria <strong>supports employers in verifying unjustified absences<\/strong>, suspicious extensions to periods of sick leave, and abuse of leave, such as that provided for by Law 104\/92.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through confidential investigations and dynamic observation activities, <strong>we document behaviours that are inconsistent with medical certificates<\/strong> or the stated reasons for absence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evidence collected is legally admissible and can be used in disciplinary proceedings or dismissals for just
